Do not bring cash for concessions
My first visit to this venue couldn't disappoint me, but DRA. Incredible sound, clean & comfy seating, overall great experience from start to finish. Conveniently placed to lodging & surprisingly affordable staffed parking structures. I've paid twice as much for unstaffed with zero security lot parking in SF and other cities. However, close handicap parking for low or no cost isn't addressed on venue site and i did not locate if available. Every interaction I had with staff was top notch. If the answer wasn't immediately known, they'd find out and come right back or even try to locate you nearby to provide the answer. Venue staff handled incoming line swiftly & professionally. Ushers weren't very forthcoming with effort to assist seat location physically unless asked or necessary to avoid disruption to show with guests wandering the aisles. Their red wands were bright enough to be useful without being disturbing to anyone - greatly appreciated. Bathrooms were relatively clean at the end of the night and obviously attended to during the show. The lines were long and I desperately needed water on arrival (my fault). My only gripe is purchase of food or beverage. The digital menu boards with available choices & prices were large & clear. If there are signs large & multiple placement, I did not see them - this is a cashless venue. Thankfully a wonderful lady behind me paid it forward. I prefer to tip in cash for service staff and did not carry my card with me to avoid any extra service fees for myself or the vendor. I didn't have change for my $50 so I couldn't even pay this stranger back. I love the water station in the bar. However, that's the only one. When the bar closed an hour or so before the show ended, I have no access to water and it's hot in there. I was able to find out from staff there is an old school drinking fountain upstairs. Sadly it is very warm and tastes really, really awful. I'm used to city water, that wasn't the issue. Warmer than the room, metallic, and stagnant. Even after clearing it for a sec. and others using it then refilled my cup - same temp/offensive taste. I did not @ any point during the evening see signs letting people know. The bar upstairs may have been open but without a card to swipe it didn't help me. Room for improvement but a venue I'd highly recommend.
